At 3M Cumberland we conduct a number of annual events for our employees and
their families including a spring party, pumpkin fest, and a holiday party in
December.
Our 3M Club sponsors numerous other activities including our annual company
picnic at the local city park, a bowling event, and an ATV trail ride.
We look for other opportunities to involve the community such as our 50th
anniversary celebration, visits from area schools, a 3M NASCAR event, and
hosting a meeting of the Barron County Economic Development board.
We are also involved with local community events sponsored by the Chamber
office, Kiwanis, and other civic organizations.
