Matching Gifts to Higher Education and Public Broadcasting
The 3M Foundation matches 1:1 U.S. 3M employee and retiree gifts to higher education and public broadcasting, up to $5,000 per person per calendar year. Effective Jan. 1, 2008, the maximum amount is raised to $10,000.

Volunteer Match
The 3M Foundation matches 3M U.S. employees' and retirees' minimum 25 hours of service with $200 grants to eligible school and nonprofit organizations.
