Is This for You?
Our team members have basic sales experience and have demonstrated the ability to apply basic selling skills in order to manage an assigned account or sales territory with regular supervision. Each day you will build on your experiences and skills as you:
- Develop tactics and coordinate efforts to fulfill quarterly and annual objectives
- Use selling processes to achieve annual sales targets
- Apply business unit marketing policies, procedures and plans
- Represent business unit products and services to customers and prospects
- Identify and provide appropriate sales support services to customers and distributors
- Proactively report all new and pertinent market conditions, competitive activities and product performance
- Interact with Market Center groups and Business Communication management to identify target audiences and build customer loyalty
- Exhibit leadership with accounts, prospects and peers
Your Experience and Education Are Important
A Bachelor’s degree level of education or training is generally required. The specific subject of a degree major or training may vary depending on business requirements. While generally no related job experience is required, candidates should demonstrate excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
