Want to make quick work of minor repair jobs on your vehicle? 3M Super Weatherstrip and Gasket Adhesive can be used on a wide variety of automotive applications, including readhering weatherstrip.

Super Weatherstrip and Gasket Adhesive - 08001, 08002, 08008

  1. Make sure surfaces are clean and dry. For best results, roughen bonding surfaces with Scotch-Brite General Purpose Pad or 80 grit sandpaper and clean with general purpose adhesive cleaner
  2. Apply a thin coat of 3M Super Weatherstrip and Gasket Adhesive to both surfaces and allow to dry.
  3. Apply a second thin coat of adhesive to the weatherstripping and bond immediately. Do not try to bond more than 3 feet of weatherstripping at a time.
  4. Clean up excess with a general purpose adhesive cleaner.
