Prepare the surface by cleaning the area to be repaired with 3M Car Wash Soap and water.
Spray water on the repair area and the abrasive square. Sand the immediate area of the scratch.
Attach and center the purple compound pad to the disc pad holder. Please a quarter-sized amount of rubbing compound onto the purple pad. Compound and refine the scratch using the drill.
Remove the purple pad and replace with the black polishing pad. Place a quarter sized amount of the scratch remover on the surface of the pad. Using the drill and light-to-medium pressure restore shine.
For added protection, apply automotive wax to the repaired area and the entire vehicle.
