Chemical sorbent mini-booms are typically used to encircle spills and to contain leaks. A 3 inches diameter scrim on the outside of the boom identifies the application. The 3M™ Chemical Sorbent Mini-Boom P-208 is 8 feet in length.
Ideal for placing around hazardous liquid spills to help prevent spreading. They work quickly, providing time to ensure proper cleanup while minimizing employee exposure. Each case contains 6 booms (3 inches diameter by 8 feet) which sorb 12 gallons/case

Failure to properly handle and dispose of sorbents contaminated by hazardous materials can result in serious physical injury or death and/or environmental harm. To reduce the risk of serious physical injury or death, always use respiratory protection and protective clothing appropriate for handling the material to be absorbed. Transportation and disposal of spent sorbents must comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Caution
Sorbents may become slippery when used on flooring. Do not walk on sorbents or place in high traffic areas.
