How does it work?
3M Light Reveal Authentication Products emit specific colors of visible light when excited by the appropriate laser light source. They can be incorporated into printed graphics or included as an ingredient of the product to be protected. To authenticate, the user places the laser tool over the graphics or products which contains the taggant. If a Light Reveal Authentication Product is present, the desired color will be seen.

Covert taggant is visible when appropriate laser verifier is used.
