  • Begin design at a weight to Tape Ratio between 1.5 grams/cm2 (10 grams/in2) to 2.3 grams/cm2 (15 grams/in2).
  • All substrates should be tested for adhesion and the correct adhesion promoter.
  • Do not exceed single tape width of 19mm.
  • Part fit and material flex modulus will influence tape selection and tape amount.
