3M(TM) 56 Polyester Film Electrical Tape is a 1-mil conformable polyester film tape with excellent chemical, solvent and moisture resistance that resists cut-through and abrasion. It is specified for insulating applications requiring a thin, durable tape with high dielectric strength, such as for wrapping coils and capacitors and holding applications. Rated for use up to 130(deg)C (266(deg)F), it withstands higher temperature conditions than tapes with acetate film backing.
