The near-surface marker is ideal for marking underground gas lines at distance of up to 2' (0.6 meters). Unlike other markers which are ideally installed at the time the lines are installed, the near-surface markers small cylindrical shape and allows for easy installation after the asset has been buried. An iD version is available which allows for the storage of customer specific information about the underground asset.
