3M™ Sheet and Screen Label Materials 7215SA is a 2.0 bright silver polyester top coat with 350 permanent acrylic on 90 lob embossed liner.
Now you can escape the bubble trouble caused by entrapment or outgassing. Unique microchannels throughout the structured adhesive allows air to flow freely from between the label adhesive and substrate. Hand-applied labels go on smoothly and stay that way
Even when labels are used on injection-molded plastic parts, bubbles that form from plastic outgassing can be smoothed to regain a neat graphic appearance. Available in polyester and extended life vinyl facestocks for both screen and flexo printing.

Durable high performance material offers thermal stability and moisture resistance. Topcoating is designed for use with a wide variety of film inks and screen, flexo and termal transfer printable with resin ribbons. Structured adhesive - ideal for easy application and air bleed from outgassing on powder coatings, LSE plastics, and oily metals. 350 degrees F short term heat resistance. Embossed liner offers the ultimate in layflat and flat bed diecutting but the backside is not printable.
