3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Low Odor Acrylic Adhesive 8810NS is one of our non-sag, toughened, two-part acrylic adhesives. This adhesive emits less odor than standard acrylic adhesives, making it an ideal choice for a wide variety of industrial and commercial applications.
Durable finished bond with excellent shear and high impact strength
Low odor and non-flammable properties for a safer working product compared to typical adhesives
Bonds difficult surfaces such as powder coats and oily surfaces
Fast adhesion and drying time reduces waiting and maximizes work efficiency
Glass bead technology to control bond line thickness to produce consistent quality
Use with a 3M EPX Applicator
for small or intermittent
Work Efficiently, Smarter, and Safer
Making work safer, faster, and more efficient; that's just a few of the benefits of our 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Low Odor Acrylic Adhesive 8810NS. With a 10:1 mix ratio and a 10 minute work life there's time to position substrates prior to adhesion. Once fully cured it will reach 1,000 psi of overlap shear strength in just under 20 minutes, increasing throughput and productivity while featuring high peel and impact performance. With a lower odor and non-flammable properties this also a safer work environment. With non-sag properties you're assured the adhesive is applied exactly where you want it and won't migrate during the application or bonding processes.
Bonding plastics and composites
Sign manufacturing such as panel to frame bonding, trim attachment, letter bonding, frame assembly and seam sealing
HVAC applications such as attaching floor panel and drain pans to frames, side wall attachment or bonding stiffeners to panels
Bonding slightly oily surfaces
Easy Adhesion with Acrylic
Acrylic adhesives are two-part adhesives that provide excellent bond strength and durability, although slightly lower than epoxy adhesives in some situations. However, they have several features that make them easier to use, including a much faster cure speed, higher tolerance for oily or unprepared bonding surfaces and the ability to bond a wide variety of materials, including nearly all plastics. Newer acrylic adhesive formulations are room temperature stable with a long shelf life.
