Overview

A Furniture and Flooring Favorite
Our 3M™ Hi-Strength Non-Flammable Adhesive 98 NF is often used in marine and specialty vehicle applications to install carpet, rubber or synthetic flooring. The formula's aggressive tack offers a fast grab with sufficient open time to position and adjust materials before bonding. With a solids weight percentage of 15-25, the adhesive provides high coverage with less waste and helps create a uniform hold. As with all contact based adhesives, you want to apply sufficient and uniform pressure to ensure a strong bond.

Recommended Applications

  • High pressure laminate (HPL) for countertops, furniture, displays and more
  • Edge banding
  • Specialty vehicle flooring
  • Wood furniture
  • Trade show displays
