Our high-solid, high-coverage formula gives you the capability to bond both similar and dissimilar surfaces. The special design of the propellant system makes it ideal for applications that require spraying down. With the help of an effective lace spray pattern, this adhesive will bond polystyrene and other insulation to themselves and other surfaces, including concrete. It creates a high-temperature resistant bond, up to 2300F/1100C. Its 1-15 minute bond range keeps projects moving forward but provides sufficient open time to let you position parts in applications such as polystyrene panel bonding and roofing membrane attachment. Our formula also provides high moisture resistance. 3M™ Polystyrene Insulation 78 Spray Adhesive reflects our commitment to sustainability. It does not contain ozone depleting chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), helps contribute to LEED® credits and is approved by the California Air Resources Board.
