3M ChartFact is a chart completion management solution for hospitals and clinics. With 3M ChartFact, users can quickly review either paper-based and/or electronic records within the same application. 3M ChartFact allows users to determine which components may be deficient, and then notify the appropriate providers of their incomplete records via hard-copy, fax or email. 3M ChartFact is fully integrated with 3M’s dictation, transcription, and electronic signature applications for automated deficiency updates. 3M ChartFact users can analyze charts online supporting the ability for providers to electronically complete deficiencies on scanned, transcribed, or electronically created (ERM/HL7) documents.
