The 3M Repair & Service Center offers fixed (flat rate) repair and calibration pricing on most products. This will greatly reduce the need for repair estimates and improve turnaround time.
We provide fast in-house turnaround time to minimize the repair interval. Our goal is to ship
the product back within four working days after receipt. Current average in-house turnaround time is 3.4 days.

Priority Service
When you need it fast, we provide a 24-hour priority service for a nominal fee of $150.
Calibration Program
All products are calibrated during the repair process. However, for a nominal fee, a Calibration Program is available that includes complete calibrations performed in accordance with Z540-1-1994, ISO 9001:2000 and TL 9000 requirements traceable to N.I.S.T. In addition, before and after metrology reports, calibration certificates and stickers indicating calibration and re-calibration due dates will be included.
Compliance Certificate
Product operation is certified to original manufacturer's specifications for a nominal fee ($95.00). The accuracy and calibration is traceable to N.I.S.T. and in compliance with ISO 9001:2000 and TL 9000 requirements.
Limited Service Warranty
We will fix your equipment right the first time and provide a 90-day service warranty on the repair. We have one of the highest successful repair percentages in the industry, currently 99.8%.
