Trade in your 3M™ Dynatel™ Subscriber Loop Analyzer 965DSP for a NEW 3M™ Dynatel™ Advanced Modular System 965AMS.

  1. Purchase from any 3M authorized distributor in the U.S. one or more new 965AMS. 965AMS test set must be purchased between June 22, 2009 and September 30th, 2009 (NO EXCEPTIONS) and receive a trade-in check upon the return of your 965DSP test set.
  2. Complete request form (below) and sign agreement.
  3. Send your eligible 965DSP to:

IMPORTANT DETAILS AND CONDITIONS – PLEASE READ TO MAKE SURE YOU MEET ALL CONDITIONS

  1. Offer applies to those Dynatel products listed above only.
  2. Offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, contracts or any other special pricing.
  3. This offer is available to customers in the U.S. only.
  4. Request form must be fully completed and must include a copy of dated invoice for purchase(s) of 965AMS from 3M Authorized Distributor.
  5. Request forms must be postmarked no later then October 31st, 2009.
  6. If terms and conditions are not met, trade-in check will not be sent. Checks are ordinarily processed within 12 weeks.
  7. Only actual purchaser of the qualifying products may participate in this program.
  8. 3M is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail.
  9. Trade-in check will be written to your Company Name as defined on the invoice.
  10. Trade-in values are subject to deduction based on condition of unit sent for trade in. Trade-in values will be confirmed upon receipt and verification of working unit at 3M Service and Repair Center and will be at 3M's sole discretion.
