3M™ NX Discs
The 3M™ NX Paper Disc delivers benchmark performance at a competitive price point. This disc is an aluminum oxide, load resistant disc on a heavy weight D (40, P60, P80) or C-weight backing (P100 – P400).
The cost of sanding and finishing with a top quality disc has become more affordable with the
introduction of 3M™ NX Disc. Its competitive pricing makes it an attractive option for general
purpose applications. But this all around utility disc, made with aluminum oxide mineral, also
produces an excellent finish and is sufficiently durable to withstand demanding production

The NX disc features a load-resistant coating that allows the disc to continue cutting
even when sanding whitewood, composites, sealers, primers, topcoats and soft
materials that would, otherwise, load discs and hinder sanding ability. The durability of NX discs
also make them an ideal option for prepping metal for paint or general purpose cleaning
applications.
