3M announces that its 3M™ Piezo Inkjet Ink Series 2200UV inks‚ optimized and qualified for the EFI VUTEk® PV200 superwide inkjet printers‚ are available exclusively from VUTEk authorized resellers and distributors.

The 3M™ Piezo Inkjet Ink Series 2800UV for the EFI VUTEk® QS2000 and QS3200 UV-curing printers are currently in the qualification process.

These UV-cured inks make vibrant four or six-color graphics‚ are durable‚ weather resistant and have excellent color retention. Their flexibility makes them suitable for graphics used on curved‚ corrugated or flat surfaces‚ with or without rivets.

A white ink is included in ink series 2800UV‚ giving graphic manufacturers the ability to create a white background.

3M inks are designed for use with a wide range of opaque‚ clear and translucent 3M media to meet most large format graphic needs. Applications include fleet and vehicle graphics‚ indoor and outdoor signs‚ banners and flexible sign faces. Ink series 2200UV and 2800UV are available in the standard CMYK‚ plus Light Magenta and Light Cyan.

Both ink series are backed by the 3M™ MCS™ Warranty. Finished graphics may be warranted for up to five years.
