A new 3M application tool speeds the installation of graphics in challenging‚ deep vehicle channels.

The 3M™ Vehicle Channel Applicator Tool VCAT-2 is a bevel-edged foam roller that can save installers significant time adhering graphics in channels when compared with the traditional squeegee.

A study conducted by 3M indicates that‚ compared to traditional application techniques‚ the applicator VCAT-2 significantly speeds up installation in deep channels.

The study was based on actual installations using 3M film‚ ink‚ clear and premask on deep wheel channels and side-wall channels on the GMC Savana 3500 and Ford Econoline cargo vans.
