3M's new addition to its Paint Preparation System can help eliminate costly steps in painting processes and dramatically reduce solvent use

St. Paul, MN (April 11, 2007) — 3M continues its history of invention and product excellence with the addition of the Type H/O Pressure Cup to their breakthrough PPS brand Paint Preparation System. Designed to be used with pressure-fed guns or pressure pots, the PPS Paint Preparation System Type H/O Pressure Cup is ideal for applying heavier, more viscous liquids, as well as higher volumes of material.

The new PPS Type H/O Pressure Cup is a 28 ounce, durable cup fitted with a removable plastic liner and lid. The liner and lid are disposable, eliminating the need for separate mixing containers. By eliminating extra steps and containers for mixing, coating materials are not wasted and less solvents are needed for cleaning, resulting in an overall reduction in hazardous waste.
