The 3M™ Cold Shrink Termination QT-III offers reliable performance and easy installation when terminating indoor or outdoor medium-voltage cable. The QT-III termination provides long-term reliability through an improved silicone rubber body with enhanced hydrophobic recovery, UV stability and track and erosion resistance. These terminations are based on cold shrink technology pioneered by 3M.
3M also makes 200-Amp loadbreak elbows, fully shielded and insulated plug-in terminations for connecting shielded power cables to transformers, switchgear and junctions equipped with loadbreak bushings.
