3M Absorbers Protect Down to 50MHz

The newest EMI absorbers from 3M are for applications requiring EMI control and signal integrity improvement in the 50MHz to 10GHz range. Common uses include reduction of noise and crosstalk inside mobile electronics, reduction of crosstalk and EMI on ribbon cables and flex cables, reduction of radiated IC noise, damping of radiation and oscillations inside shields and cavities, and increasing signal integrity on high-speed data lines through crosstalk reduction.

3M has built on its history of innovation in OEM tapes to create the new multifunctional 3M EMI/RFI Absorber and Shielding Tape AB6005 series. One of the tapes also handles ESD grounding.
