3M™ Super 77™ Multipurpose Adhesive
Masonite board, cut to 18" x 18"
3N Foam rubber (18" x 18")
Fabric to cover foam (about 1 yard) with 4" overlap on all sides
Staple gun and staples (no bigger than 1/4")
How-to
Make sure Masonite board and foam are free from dust and dirt.
Protect surfaces from overspray with newspaper, plastic or craft paper.
Follow directions on can and work in a well-ventilated area. Spray foam and Masonite board with 3M™ Super 77™ Multipurpose Adhesive.
Wait 30 seconds and attach foam to board.
Spray fabric and foam/Masonite board with 3M™ Super 77™ Multipurpose Adhesive.
Wait 30 seconds and position the cushion foam-side down onto backside of fabric.
Wrap fabric around to back.
For added durability, staple the top, sides and bottom of fabric to the Masonite board. Keep tension even all around for best results.
