Two pieces of foam core
Pencil
Straight edge ruler
Paint and paint brush, if desired
Stretched canvas frame
Completed jigsaw puzzle
How-to
Measure size of completed puzzle and cut foam core to match. This will help to handle the puzzle.
Paint stretched canvas with a background color and allow to dry per manufacturer’s directions.
Carefully slide puzzle onto one piece of foam core. “Sandwich” it with the second piece of foam core and flip it over. The puzzle is now upside down for easier mounting.
To protect surfaces from overspray, place stretched canvas and turned-over puzzle on newspaper, plastic or craft paper. Mask off area of canvas to be sprayed.
Follow directions on can and work in a well-ventilated area. Spray back of puzzle and canvas with 3M™ Super 77™ Multipurpose Adhesive.
Wait 30 seconds.
Carefully slide the puzzle off the foam core onto stretched canvas, then press.
