• 3M™ Super 77™ Multipurpose Adhesive
• Headboard
• Pencil
• Tape measure
• 1/4" Foam core or plywood
• Cotton batting
• Fabric
• 3M™ Hi-Strength 90 Spray Adhesive 

How-to

1. Measure the area of the headboard you wish to cover.
2. Cut foam core or plywood to this size.
3. Cut cotton batting slightly larger than foam core.
4. Cut fabric about 2" larger than foam core.
5. Protect surfaces from overspray with newspaper, plastic or craft paper.
6. Follow directions on can and work in a well-ventilated area. Spray foam core and batting with 3M™ Super 77™ Multipurpose Adhesive.
7. Wait 30 seconds and press them together.
8. Next, spray fabric and batting.
9. Wait 30 seconds and attach fabric to cotton batting, wrapping fabric around to back of foam core on all sides.
10. Mask off areas of headboard to be sprayed. Use 3M™ Hi-Strength 90 Spray Adhesive and spray fabric/foam core piece and headboard.
11. Wait 30 seconds and press piece onto headboard.
12. Buy new bed linens to match your new headboard!
