Measure rug and slip-resistant material.
Cut material to fit rug, about 1" to 2" smaller than overall size of rug.
Make sure material, and back of rug, are free from dust and dirt.
To protect surfaces from overspray, place material on newspaper, plastic or craft paper.
Following directions on can and working in a well-ventilated area, spray material and back of rug with 3M™ Super 77™ Multipurpose Adhesive.
Wait 30 seconds, then, starting in the center, press material out to edges of rug. Smooth as you go.
When it's time to launder the rug, simply remove the material and apply new slip-resistant material after the rug is dry.
