Air and Gas Filtration in the Winery
Filters that help control particulate and microorganisms in water used in the winery.
Water can be used in a variety of applications in the winery, including tank and equipment washing and rinsing, as well as flushing, warm water regenerating, or hot water sanitizing lenticular style depth filters in the cellar, or microporous membrane filters on the bottling line.
For general applications, water should be free of residual chlorine and particulate. However, water used to rinse, regenerate or sanitize filters in the wine making process itself often benefits from additional, submicronic filtration to prevent small particles and microorganisms present in the water from prematurely fouling the wine filters.
