Your 3M™ Littmann® Stethoscope comes with the finest service and warranty policy in the industry. If a material or manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, we will repair it free of charge, except in the cases of obvious abuse or accidental damage.
Not sure if you are still covered? Check the duration of your warranty. Your warranty coverage begins from the date of purchase.
If your warranty has expired, we also offer affordable, top-quality post-warranty services.

- U.S. customers: Print out a shipping label (PDF)
- Package your stethoscope with your completed repair form, apply the shipping label, and send to:

The 3M Health Care Service Center is dedicated to providing you with efficient service. Your Littmann stethoscope will be promptly serviced within 24 to 48 hours of its arrival at the 3M Health Care Service Center, then shipped back to you at our expense. Shipping times may vary.
