3M ESPE offers OSSEO+ cortical demineralized bone for use in the reconstruction of maxillary or mandibular defects, or to assist in regeneration of bone tissue to maximize the potential for implant success.
OSSEO+ is derived from qualified donors, free of risk factors. A multi-stage processing system is used to ensure the product is pure and free from contaminates. The controlled residual calcium level is typically less than 1%. The bone tissue is mixed with the patient’s blood or sterile saline to form a loose paste, and then inserted into the required areas.
Osseo+ Cortical Demineralized Bone is indicated for use:
- in the reconstruction of maxillary or mandibular defects
- to assist in regeneration of bone tissue to maximize the potential for implant success.

Community Tissue Services practices both Aseptic Processing and Terminal Gamma Irradiation. Controlled Residual Calcium level less than 1% to provide optimum results.
