About 3M's Leadership Development Programs
The 3M Innovation Center hosts a continuum of development experiences designed to prepare 3M leaders to better serve the customer and grow the company. Throughout the year, new supervisors learn about their role through a series of e-learning modules and by attending the Leadership for Performance and Accountability programs. Business Units sponsor customized leadership development efforts designed to engage employees and strengthen alignment. Managers and Directors prepare for executive positions through participation in the Accelerated Leadership Development Programs characterized by an emphasis in developing enhanced leadership skills, learning from the success of other leaders, and participating in a challenging group action learning project.Executives attend specialized learning events tailored to their needs and designed to challenge their thinking as they lead 3M toward the future.
