Q: What is the interview process?
A: Submit a resume and cover letter during the resume drop window. If selected, you will be asked to interview with one of our team members. Internships require two rounds of interviews, which both take place on your campus. For full-time positions, the first round occurs on campus, the second at our 3M campus in St. Paul, MN.
Q: How do I prepare for interviews?
