Authentic Lava™ Warranty

For work done through Accredited labs
3M ESPE will warrant Lava™ Crowns and Bridges for approved indications on any breakage or fracture for up to 5 years from the date of purchase. This warranty will be in the form of a direct replacement of a new Lava Crown and Bridge only based on the original prescription for any Lava Crown and Bridges found to be at fault. This Replacement Warranty only covers Lava™ Crown and Bridges that have been fabricated using the 3M ESPE Lava™ Coping and the 3M ESPE Lava™ Ceram and will be verified by appropriate compliance testing. The customer will be responsible for all other costs involved in the restoration.

For work done through Non-Accredited labs
3M ESPE will warrant Lava™ Crowns and Bridges for approved indications on any breakage or fracture of the coping for up to 5 years from the date of purchase. This warranty will be in the form of a direct replacement of a new Lava Crown and Bridge only based on the original prescription for any Lava Crown and Bridges found to be at fault. This Replacement Warranty only covers Lava™ Crown and Bridges that have been fabricated using the 3M ESPE Lava™ Coping and will be verified by appropriate compliance testing. The customer will be responsible for all other costs involved in the restoration.
