A clinical study proved the high reliability of Z100 filling. The six assessment criteria of this study (Am. J. Dent. 2001; 14, 304 - 308) ranged from the best rating "anatomical form without visible alteration" to "restoration had to be replaced." All 726 restorations created with Z100 were functional. A superior result: more than 60% of the Z100 fillings showed no significant alteration of anatomical form, even after six years in clinical service. No 5 and 6 ratings were documented for Z100.
