3M Service looks after you throughout the life of your equipment from pre-installation planning to onsite service. Your Service Engineer is there to offer you all the support that you need. The installation of your new 3M equipment is a good time to talk with your sales or service representative to arrange general maintenance agreement cover. This will take effect once the equipment warranty expires.

Simply calling the Customer Call Centre using the telephone number provided on each machine will enable your request to be passed to your local Service Engineer within minutes of your call. Your Service Engineer will telephone you to diagnose the problem and confirm his time of arrival.
