3M announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Quest Technologies Inc., a manufacturer of environmental monitoring equipment, including noise, heat stress and vibration monitors. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

3M announced today it has completed its acquisition of Aearo Technologies Inc, a manufacturer of personal protection and energy absorbing products. The company has approximately 150 staff at its European Head Office in Poynton, Cheshire.
