The prize draw is open to all UK and Ireland residents over the age of 18 who complete the prize draw question on the website- www.3m.co.uk/scotchbritefloorpads - with the exception of employees and their families of the Promoter and its affiliates or subsidiary companies and anyone else connected with this promotion.
Entries must be received by Monday December 1st 2008 to be entered into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason.
Only one entry per person permitted.
Employees must obtain permission from their employers before entering the prize draw.

All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw, which will take place on Monday 8th December 2008.
The winner will be selected at random by pulling the entry out of a hat. The decision of the promoter as to the winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize is £1000 worth of Thomas Cook holiday vouchers (“The Voucher”). No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for any Voucher lost or delayed in the post. The winner must be one of the people participating in the holiday.
The prize is for the Voucher only. All other expenses not expressly stated or included in the prize, including travel to/from airports, are the responsibility of the winner.
Travel insurance is not included and is the sole responsibility of the winner. Fully comprehensive travel insurance is recommended.
It is the winner's responsibility to ensure that the winner's (and companion(s')) passport(s) are valid.
The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative to the prize. No cash payment will be made if the holiday costs less than £1000.
The Voucher is only valid for bookings made through a Thomas Cook branch, on the Thomas Cook website (www.thomascook.com) or booking via the telephone (08450772299).
The winner will be notified by email within 2 weeks of the closing date.
The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the competition rules.
It is the winner's responsibility to notify the Promoter of any change in contact information.
