3M AfPP Academy
Working in partnership with the Association for Perioperative Practitioners (AfPP), the 3M AfPP Academy offers non-clinical professional development to enable delegates to improve their leadership and communication skills, self-belief and motivation. The Academy encompasses five days of workshops delivered by professional trainers and is offered free of charge to selected applicants who are full members of AfPP.
