Claim must include a copy of your till receipt, an explanation of product usage and reason for your claim and unused Command™ Strips. Refer to individual product packs for maximum holding strength. Responsibility will not be accepted for claims lost, delayed, damaged in the post. Last date for receipt of claims 31/12/08. Postal refunds issued as a cheque (max. value £6.99), made payable to the name on the claim. Allow 28 days for delivery. Trade and bulk applications not accepted.
