The new RCP Category 6 is the “next generation” of cross-connect and the latest 3M innovation in a broad line of solutions for high speed data networks. The RCP cross-connect system uses a simple modular approach with a few basic components such as 8-pair cross-connect modules, backmount frames and management accessories.

With the SID product family 3M is setting the standards for high density IDC termination combined with improved handling. The main applications are in telecommunications and data networks. The SID insulation displacement contacts are enclosed by the plastic housing of the module. This improves the insulation performance and helps in providing a safe working practice.

STG 2000 is the last evolution of STG range of connection modules. This module offers category 5 transmission performance as a standard. As a result this module can be used in any modern network and is fully compatible with all kind of applications (xDSL, Pair gain...). Termination is easy, cables and jumpers can be managed from the rear or from the side.
