3M™ 2178-LS Fibre Optical Splice Closure
The 2178-L/S series is designed with larger and smaller interchangeable closure halves so you can select the size case that meets your needs today but with the flexibility to expand for the future. Cable ports and space for trays can be added at reentry with the 2181-L/S Cable Addition Kit. The ease of installation is unsurpassed, requiring no special tools or complicated training procedures.
2179-CSTeile 3M™ 2179-CS Fibre Optical Splice Closure
The 2179-CS Fibre Optic Splice Closure is a moulded plastic enclosure used for protecting splices in fibre optic cables. It’s suitable for buried, underground, aerial, and pedestal applications. The closure has two cable entrance ports on each end. Port plugs allow the closure to be used for butt or in-line splices. The rigid non-encapsulated closures provide physical and environmental protection.
