Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
- To enter:
- The prize draw is open to entrants completing the online survey only.
- Entrants must complete all relevant sections of the survey for an entry in to the prize draw to be valid.
- The prize draw is open to all residents of the European Union aged 16 or over. Employees and immediate family members of 3M Company and its regional subsidiaries (and their subsidiaries and affiliates) or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are excluded from entering.
- No purchase necessary.
- One entry per person.
- Completed entries must be received before 31 October 2009 to participate in the prize draw.
- 3M cannot be held responsible for completed surveys or applications lost or delayed in transmission.
- No cash alternative is offered.
- The prize draw
a) Prize winners will be selected at random from all the eligible entrants.
b) The prize given to the winning entrant in the prize draw is one iPod Classic 120GB.
c) The five runners-up will each win an iPod Shuffle.
d) There will be a maximum of one prize per person.
- Both selection processes will be witnessed by an independent adjudicator. The adjudicator’s decision is final and binding.
- The winners will be notified by e-mail before 30 November 2009.
- The winners’ names with their county of residence and the name of the independent adjudicator will be available for six months after the date of the draw to anyone who sends a SAE to 3M Survey Prize Draw, c/o Adele Scarrott, 3M Centre, Bracknell, Berkshire. RG12 8HT, United Kingdom. No further correspondence will be entered into.
- All data will be used for analysis purposes only unless, when submitting the completed survey, you have consented for 3M United Kingdom plc to contact you with future products trials, updates or offers.
- The prize draw, give away and the terms and conditions of this agreement will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
