Improving patient quality of life and hence being patient preferred is just one of the additional benefits to using this system.
Product benefits
Lower overall treatment cost for intensive bandaging
Reduced clinical time
Easy application
Effective compression and reduction in oedema
Improved patient quality of life
Patient maintains mobility as less bandage bulk
The system consists of an inner comfort foam layer and outer compression layer. Both are bulk packed, and available in a variety of sizes.
Coban 2 compression system is for use on the lower limbs, whilst Coban 2 Lite compression system is for use on the upper limbs and digits, for treatment of lymphoedema.
Part of the original Four Layer Charing Cross Compression System, the original Coban self-adherent bandage sticks only to itself and not to skin or hair. Used for compression bandaging, sprain bandaging, strains and oedema control, Coban bandage is also suitable for securing dressings and devices.
A two day intensive training programme has been designed to introduce the new product and application techniques. Training will be led by independent experienced clinicians providing peer to peer training. A variety of dates and venues are available. For more information Contact Us.
