PIVA Policy Template
This template includes all of the relevant evidence based materials, which can be saved and adapted as necessary for local use. In addition there are a number of audit tools that can be used to evaluate the outcome of implementing the policy, both in terms of strategic management of intravascular device related infections and also local implementation at practice level.
