Formerly known as 3M™ Tegapore™ Wound Contact Material, 3M™ Tegaderm™ Contact Dressing is a non-adherent dressing to protect the wound bed and reduce pain during healing.
Transparent, permeable and virtually non-adherent, 3M™ Tegaderm™ Contact Dressing allows exudate to flow through its pores. The soft nylon material can be left in place for several days. Wound exudate can be easily absorbed into a secondary dressing, which can be changed as required. 3M™ Tegaderm™ Contact Dressing becomes transparent when wet, allowing easier inspection of the wound bed.
