This versatile pack is a natural drug-free way to ease aches and pains. It can be used cold in 'cryotherapy' after cooling in a freezer, fridge or iced water. It helps soothe nerve endings in an injured area, and reduces swelling. By warming a 3M™ ColdHot™ Pack in hot tap or boiling water, the pack can be used to apply heat or thermotherapy. Heat soothes aches and pains by increasing blood flow, and also makes muscles and joints more supple.
