The 8100 pad is a medium size patient plate for all adult surgical applications. The unique backing is fluid resistant and allows heat to escape 25% faster than foam-backed plates. Like other traditional plates, the 8100 pad must be placed with the long edge perpendicular to the incision site.
The hydrophilic conductive adhesive ensures excellent plate-to-skin contact. The backing is conformable and flexible, moulding easily to body contours.
