A new office base in Birmingham has been secured by one of the UK's leading workforce solutions providers, Kelly Services.

The company has moved into its new headquarters in the heart of the West Midlands city's business district, where it hopes to be able to refine its offering and expand the services it provides to clients. Its new office is said to be modern and will act as a multi-specialism hub for the business.

In particular, Kelly Services is aiming to grow in areas such as engineering and office recruitment, while it also performs well in a host of other sectors, such as sales and marketing and human resources.

Gary Jones, the company's UK managing director, said: "We are moving above the high street away from the shop-front businesses that we typically used to operate from. Birmingham is a key location for our business and our new Livery Place hub will enable us to grow our specialisms in a dynamic environment, ensuring we have the resources available to meet growing demand from our clients."

By moving to a new, superior office, Kelly Services believes it will be able to tailor the work it carries out to match the needs of its clients. It should also be in a position to share industry knowledge and benefit from best practice.

Lambert Smith Hampton was involved in the deal to secure the office space and its senior surveyor Jon Hinton suggested a company of Kelly Services' standing needs the best premises. Its new base at Livery Place ticks all the boxes, as it has recently undergone a significant renovation at a large cost.

As such, it is an "excellent" place to be for any firm that has hopes of progressing in their chosen sector and enjoying the benefits of a position in Birmingham's business district. Mr Hinton added that he believes the property is the perfect fit for a company with Kelly Services' requirements and plans for the future.
