A legal company operating in the north-west of England has announced it has opened a brand new office in the region, which should prove to be key to its future growth.
Solicitors firm Wright & Lord already has bases in Bare and Morecambe but has opted to add another in Milnthorpe, reports the Lancaster Guardian. This has allowed it to hire an extra five members of staff in recent weeks, while it will look to take on another lawyer in the near future in order to deal with its expanding workload.
The new premises are described as spacious and could help the business to grow in the coming months.
Senior partner Stephen Wright said: "We are excited by this new office, not least because of its location here in Milnthorpe. The town is really lively with a warm welcome. We are keen to get involved in supporting the community as we have done in Morecambe and Bare and do not expect to just stand idly by waiting for clients to flock towards us."
He went on to note the company has had to work extremely hard in order to ensure its new office is comfortable and friendly, meaning it will be to the liking of clients. A calm and professional setting could be key for such a business.
Wright & Lord specialises in a number of areas as it has a variety of teams set up. These include conveyancing, landlord and tenant, wills and probate, personal injury and employment.
If it has thought long and hard about the set-up of its office, it may have shown an interest in products such as entrance mats. These provide a fresh and professional impression to first-time visitors and are also highly practical as they wipe the dirt from the feet of all those arriving at the building.
Should the firm have made the right decisions in terms of location and layout, it may be set for a period of success on the back of the new office.
