3M CUNO water filters help IMI Cornelius boost drinks service

IMI Cornelius has specified 3M CUNO water filters for its complete high-speed dispensing and cooling solution specifically designed for speeding-up drinks delivery in busy bars and typically at stadiums and other high volume venues. It can also deliver high quality soft drinks.

The 3M CUNO system was the specified choice for its high capacity, giving the cost-saving benefit of just twice yearly changing while maintaining the high level of filtration required to improve drink taste and protect beverage machinery.

The two-stage system comprises a pre-filter removing sediment and extending the life of the two 1.0 micron carbon filters down-line that remove chlorine taste and odour. IMI Cornelius manufactures post mix systems for a number of cold beverages and syrups, such as the gun type of dispensers used in pubs and installed in the new stadium for delivering soft drinks and other such products.

Another benefit of 3M CUNO Filtration was the easy ordering system than enabled the customer to order the filter system from the company’s brochure. IMI Cornelius reports that the filters improved the quality of both its product and the end product by protecting equipment against sediment and increasing beverage quality.
